Booking
For refundable bookings, no upfront payment is needed. Once you share your travel documents, we reserve your resort immediately — and you only make the advance payment after receiving your official booking confirmation.
For non-refundable bookings, or if your travel dates fall within the cancellation period, full payment will be required at the time of booking. We will clearly communicate which applies to your package before you confirm.
To proceed with your booking, we require the following from each traveller:
Passport Copy — first and last page of all passengers
PAN Card — must be linked with your Aadhaar Card
For NRIs — OCI Card can be provided in place of a PAN Card

We encourage you to verify your booking before making any payment. Simply email the resort with your confirmation number, travel dates, and passenger names — the resort will confirm within 24–48 hours. Once you have that confirmation in hand, you can proceed with complete confidence.
Our payment structure is straightforward and transparent:
Zero Booking Fee — no upfront payment required to confirm your booking
10% Advance Payment — due within 3 business days of receiving your booking confirmation
Balance Payment — due 35, 25, or 20 days before travel, depending on the resort
The exact payment schedule will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation email.
We recommend Internet Banking (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS) or UPI — these carry no additional charges and are the fastest way to confirm your payment with us.
Yes, credit card payments are accepted. Please note that a processing surcharge applies:
Domestic Visa / MasterCard / RuPay — 2% + GST
Amex / Corporate / International cards — 3% + GST
International Amex — 3.5% + GST
To avoid surcharges, we recommend paying via UPI or Internet Banking.
Amendments
We charge zero amendment fees — any changes we facilitate on your behalf come at no extra cost from our side. That said, amendments are subject to a few conditions:
The change must not fall within the cancellation period
Room availability at the resort at the time of request
Any applicable price revisions based on the new dates or room type
We'll always check with the resort and advise you before any change is confirmed.
Cancellation
We have one of the lowest cancellation charges in the industry:
A service fee of ₹3,000 per person is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed
Within 35 / 25 / 20 days of travel, the booking becomes fully non-refundable — the exact period varies by resort
The full cancellation policy specific to your resort will be shared in writing before you confirm your booking — no surprises.
Inclusions & Pricing
Yes. Your package price includes resort transfers — speedboat or seaplane, as specified in your package. No hidden additions.
Yes. All applicable taxes are included in the price quoted to you. What you see is what you pay.
