A butterfly-shaped island where every stay is all-inclusive, with sunrise villas on the east shore and sunset suites on the west.
Joy Island Maldives by The Cocoon Collection sits on Kassanfushi, a butterfly-shaped island in North Malé Atoll with a wide white-sand beach, a turquoise lagoon and a house reef along one side. It's an all-inclusive island: breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Market, afternoon tea, drinks by the glass from 10 AM to midnight and a minibar restocked daily, with an Extreme All-Inclusive upgrade for stays of 5 nights or more. Its 151 villas — 91 on the beach and 60 over the lagoon — are split between an east side that faces the sunrise and a west side that faces the sunset. Every guest has a 24-hour island host and free use of Kiddie Cove, the gym, the yoga pavilion, the tennis and padel courts, kayaks, paddleboards and snorkeling gear, and evenings end with live music at Rainbow bar.
Families who want a supervised kids' club and a 100 m² beach villa with a connecting door, and couples who want a sunset-facing overwater suite on an island with live music every night.
